A former VP in the finance sector, she launched ILD in 1989 to transform workplace communication, culture, and leadership. Rebecca is a certified coach and facilitator, guiding organizations globally in change management and team development.

Natalie Bruno, President of ILD Coach, LLC, is a communication and empowerment coach specializing in EQ, leadership, and team dynamics. She’s dedicated to helping individuals unlock their potential and leads a team of 20 consultants across diverse industries. Through ILD’s communication model, she empowers organizations to navigate change and thrive.

Finance & Operations

Amber is a seasoned executive with over 20 years in Business Operations and Finance, specializing in team building, strategic planning, and revenue growth. She has extensive experience in healthcare, leading Medicare Home Health startups and acquisitions. At ILD, Amber drives financial strategy and consults on healthcare client engagements.

Deanna is a dynamic leader with 16 years of experience in team coaching, client performance, and DEI-focused leadership. With a background at Disney and BAYADA, she has a track record of improving efficiency and culture.
